Opening Thoughts
Awesome Supplements were seeking a brief newsletter to inform current customers/subscribers about the new pet products they were releasing. They asked for the newsletter to act as a sales email; knowing this, I added a special promotion section.

Approach
The tone I'm going for is "Old friend introducing something new." 18+ pet owners are the focal point, and I intend gently to use emotion by establishing what bad health symptoms these products can prevent. Fixing or avoiding a problem they may have from a brand name they already know.

Results
Credibility from the brand was able to make stable engagement. It was found that pet owners were happy to buy supplements from one place for convenience reasons. The client was impressed at how short and informative the content was.
